In this episode, Deb shares on the following topics: Self-compassion, acknowledging our emotions, Metta or Loving-Kindness meditation, the Light of Who we are, peace is present, sharing goodness with yourself, don’t be afraid of the silence, too much input in our lives, making a change in your life for the better and making healthy choices and boundaries.
Note: The bulk of the audio was recorded in the car while driving home from a retreat. This of course affected audio quality. Future episodes will be recorded differently of course.
