TIME CHANGE FOR SUMMER
TUESDAYS AT 12:00 PM CENTRAL
- You must register in advance for one or more sessions. You will be sent the Zoom link information.
- Sessions run 30 minutes.
- NOTE: Be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes in advance of the session.
There is a waiting room enabled, please wait and you will be admitted just before session start.
The meeting room will be locked after the scheduled time so there are no interruptions.
For our session, we will either practice loving-kindness to ourselves, others and all beings and/or Tonglen, which is a method for connecting with suffering and for overcoming fear. It is designed to help awaken the compassion inside yourself and use it to help others.

Zoom: How do you participate?
We are using Zoom for these sessions. It is a free video and audio conferencing tool. You will need a phone or computer with Zoom installed, preferably with a video camera and a microphone of some sort. You can use your computer’s speakers and microphone or use a headset or headphones.
